ORDER

Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Karambakudi Police Station transferred the complaint of the petitioner to the Malaiyoor Police Station and subsequently, it was transferred to Sembattividuthi Police Station on point of territorial jurisdiction. He would further contend that the Inspector of Police, Sembattividuthi Police Station is enquiring the petition filed by the present petitioner in C.P.No.10/300/AIG/N.Ref/2021.

2.Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief of transferring the complaint of the petitioner to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Mr.K.C.Maniyarasu, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that it would be sufficient if the enquiry/investigation is monitored by the Deputy Superintendent of Police. 3.Considering the request made by the petitioner, the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police is directed to monitor the investigation in Current Petition No.10/300/AIG/N.Ref/2021.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
