No.428 of 2022 ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing a letter submitted by the VI Additional District Jude(FAC), Madurai, in D.No. 522/2022, dated 05.12.2022, seeking for extension of further time to dispose the O.S.No. 198/2018 and the earlier order of this Court dated 08.03.2022 & 12.09.2022, this Court made the following order: " The learned VI Additional District Jude(FAC), Madurai, sent a letter dated 05.12.2022, requesting extension of further time to dispose of O.S.No. 198 of 2018, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 08.03.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 05.12.2022, three months' time is extended from today to dispose of O.S. No. 198 of 2018."
