2. Mr.P. Deepak, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19473 of 2024 on 06/12/2024 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.K. Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition since 10.12.2024 without any violation.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition No.32 (b) imposed on the petitioner by this court in CRL OP (MD) No.19473 of 2024, dated 06/12/2024 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
