Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.143 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard Mr.N.Pragalathan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the State.

3.The case of the prosecution is that on 26.04.2019 when the defacto complainant is standing with his brother in the fish auction centre, Amalinagar, the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant with iron pipe and abused them using filthy language and threatened the defacto complainant. Hence this complaint came to be registered by the defacto complainant.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, they pray to grant anticipatory bail.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police reported that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail by the Court of Sessions.

6.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl side), this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
