ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 06.03.2020, passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.200 of 2016 by the learned I Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli in and by which, the application filed by the respondent for amending the plaint was ordered.

2.Without going into the merits of the order, a mere perusal of the order dated 06.03.2020, would indicate that the order is a non-speaking one.

3.For the above reason, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed, the order dated 06.03.2020, passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.200 of 2016 by the learned I Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli, is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the I Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli, to re-consider the application and pass orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or its production by either side. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
