Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8636 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.754 of 2019, dated 07.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8636 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.754 of 2019, dated 07.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8636 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.754 of 2019, dated 07.01.2020 is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1430 of 2020 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
