ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in said Crl.O.P(MD). No.20518 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024.

2. Mr. M.Raja Ravi Varma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.K. Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 28.12.2024 without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition No.8(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20518 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024 is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on receipt of summon. The remaining conditions shall un-altered.
