ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the second Respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondents 3 to 6 herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint of the private Respondents, the case was taken as current paper in G4/1409/32756/2023, SPGP-2913. Thereafter, enquiry was conducted and based on the enquiry, the current paper was closed, since the matter involves civil dispute.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
