RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court in Crl O.P.(MD) No.15772 of 2016 dated 01.09.2016 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MAHALINGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., on the first Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., commencing from December 2016, until further orders.
