ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026 and the reminder representation dated 24.01.2026, within the time stipulated by this Court. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that, after conducting the enquiry, the same has been closed.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he purchased the property in the year 1987 and the defacto complainant no longer has any right to sell the property to some other person. It is further stated that the petitioner purchased the property through an unregistered sale deed. 2/5

3. The said disputed facts ought to be resolved by a competent civil court, hence, the petitioner's representation could not have been considered by the respondents. However, the respondents have now considered the representation and closed the same. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report and is also at liberty to approach the competent civil court.
