ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider and to take necessary action regarding the petitioner's representation, dated 28.01.2020 within the time as stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

Writ Petition(MD)No.2649 of 2020 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation against one Mohan, Inspector of Police and other Police, namely, Mr.Manikandan and Rajaram to the respondent police and the respondent police has not taken any action sofar.
4.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the third respondent has received the representation on 29.01.2020 and had forwarded it to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai Sub Division in Reference No.N/1/1980/46/2020 for enquiry. 5.In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai Sub Division to conclude the enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall monitor the enquiry. No costs.
