RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court petitioner is directed to report before the Respondent Police Viz., CBCID, Tirunelveli City once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in dt. 29.04.2015 in M.P.No. 1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No. 21507 of 2014 dated 06.03.2015 in Crime No. 1 of 2013 on the file of the Respondent Police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified as follows:

"The petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days, ie, on the 1st and 15th day of Every months at 6.30 pm until further orders.
