Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUNIYASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA,Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. On the first Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., commencing from December,2016, until further orders.
