This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to relax the third condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 84 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has 1/3

been complying with the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P(MD) No.84 of 2025 on 08.01.2025, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with for 17 days.

4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P(MD)No.84 of 2025 on 08.01.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
