Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at evening 06.30 p.m. instead of morning 10.00a.m. before the respondent police in Crl.OP (MD)No.21005 of 2016 dated 12.09.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ROBINSON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA,Government Advocate(Crl.Side),on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m.until further orders.
