Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the conditions imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, once in a month i.e., on first Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also as and when required.
