This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give better police protection to the petitioner's husband namely Kalimuthu @ Vellaikali, S/o.Shanmugavel while attending Courts for appearing trial as remand prisoner as there is a life threat for him from both the rival party and from the third respondent and other police officials, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.01.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 25.01.2023, is pending before the second respondent. 3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to 2/4

consider the representation, dated 25.01.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
