This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and file a report in accordance with law based on the complaint dated 06.11.2024, within the stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that the petitioner submitted a representation on 06.11.2024 and the same is pending for enquiry and they will complete the enquiry as early as possible, preferably within a period of one week.

3. Considering the limited prayer of the writ petitioner, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2024 and dispose of the same on merits and in Page No. 2 of 4

accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.

4. With the above said observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
