..RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS/ COMPLAINANTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the period of time for surrender as well as to comply the condition order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14728 of 2016 dated 12.08.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KANDHA VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in the criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, time is extended by two weeks on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- to the Creche, Women Advocate's Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

4. Accordingly, the Crl.M.P., is ordered.
