(IN CRIME NO.135 OF 2016) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl O.P.(MD) No.19127 of 2016 dated 04.10.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BABU JAGANATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police twice a month i.e., on the 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday commencing from December 2016, until further orders. In addition, the petitioners are also required to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
