ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused has uploaded the de-facto complainant's picture in the internet with obscene words and morphing the de-facto complainant's face with some other obscene picture.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petition enquiry is pending and at the stage, the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
