RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner/Accused No.2 in Crl O.P.(MD) No.18806 of 2016 dated 04.10.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GUNASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e., on the 1st & 3rd Sundays at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
