ORDER

The petitioner lodged a complaint on 15.01.2025 and the same was received in C.S.R.No.71 of 2025. Thereafter, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition. 1/4

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing takes notice for the respondents. 3.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner involves cyber crime and the second respondent is taking steps to forward the case in C.S.R.No.71 of 2025 along with the documents to the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime, Madurai City and the same will be forwarded shortly.

5.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is ready to appear before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Cell, Madurai City along with the copy of the complaint and with all supporting documents. 6.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to forward the case details to the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Cell, Madurai City and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector 2/4

of Police, Cyber Crime Cell, Madurai City on 08.02.2025 along with all connected document to the case lodged by him. The Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime, Madurai City is also directed to take up the investigation on the complaint of the petitioner and conclude the same without any further delay.
