Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PORKODI KARNAN, for POLAX LEGAL SOLUTIONS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.This petition is ordered accordingly.
