ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to initiate necessary action on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 18.01.2025.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2025 had been received by the first respondent herein on 21.01.2025, this Court is of the view that a direction can be given to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2025 in a time bound manner. In such view of the matter, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3. In fine, the Writ Petition stands allowed and there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that while considering the representation, the first respondent shall issue notice to the second respondent and after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the second respondent shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
