ORDER

This quash petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2015 on the file of the second respondent to CBI Director or other investigation officer below him.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has been over and the accused person was charged on 15.10.2015 by the respondent police and the complaint as against the petitioner / accused has been closed on 16.08.2018. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
