The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.On perusing the case records, it is seen that this petition is allowed in respect of first petitioner and dismissed as withdrawn in respect of petitioners 2 and 3. However, in the order, dated 07.04.2026 it has been wrongly stated that the petition is allowed in respect of petitioners 2 and 3 and dismissed as withdrawn in respect of first petitioner. The said typographical error is corrected.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid correction wherever it appears in the order, dated 07.04.2026 and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
