ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.01.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on receipt of the complaint, dated 31.01.2022, the second respondent issued CSR No.61 of 2022 and it is pending for enquiry.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
