O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant a No Objection Certificate (NOC) in favour of the petitioner for operating her "Elite Beauty Spa" at 4th Floor East Side near Karaikudi Periyar Silai, Sivagangai District, by considering the representation dated 24.01.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, she applied for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before the respondents on 24.01.2025, but the same has not been considered and no orders have been passed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the representation dated 21.04.2025 and the same is under enquiry and sought time to dispose of the petitioner's representation for four weeks.
4. Considering the limited prayer of the writ petitioner, it is appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of Page No. 2 of 4
receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
