ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest for the offences under Sections 341,294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 128 and 177 of M.V.Act in Crime No.369 of 2018, has approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on instructions from the respondent police would submit that initially the petitioner was added as a accused and subsequently after investigation the respondent police found that the petitioner is not an accused and have also filed a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor deleting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the name of the petitioner from Crime No.369 of 2018. He has also

produced a copy of the report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor before this Court.

3.Recording the submission, made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) and the subsequent event, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
