RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/Appellant in Crl.MP (MD) No.10177 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.557 of 2019 on 10.01.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10177 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.557 of 2019, dated 10.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10177 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.557 of 2019, dated 10.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10177 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1518 of 2020 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.557 of 2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
