Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is a member of the third respondent society. He has lodged a complaint against the office bearers. The petitioner wants action to be taken under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975.

4. This Court will not be justified in issuing any direction at the instance of a solitary member. It is for the second respondent to take a call in the matter.
