ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register her complaint based on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.08.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that based on the earlier complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.540 of 2015, and after enquiry the same was closed. Now, the second complaint, dated 31.08.2016 was also enquired and subsequently the same was closed.

4. In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
