Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records to the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.21/2019 dated 12.12.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to effect name transfer of Sathya Saw Mill situated at 3/63D, Vandipettai, Nachiyarkovil, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District in the name of the petitioner and to issue fresh license in the name of the petitioner for running the saw mill as per Rule 6 of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Wood Based Industries Rules, 2010 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
