ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner, current paper is pending. He would further submit that summons has not been issued so far to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, 2/4

the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2023 and pass orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
