ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition on the premise that the private respondent is in the process of cutting the trees, standing in the Government land.

2.The instructions produced by the third respondent / Tahsildar would indicate that an inspection was conducted, which revealed that some trees were cut and extracted. However, it cannot be ascertained whether they have been removed from the Government land or not. 3.Since such an inspection has already been made and the complicity of the private respondent has not been proved, we are not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner. 4.In fine, this writ petition stands closed.
