Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3 in Crime No.76 of 2013, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police pursuant to the warrant issued by the Mahila Fast Track Judge, Sivagangai in S.C.No.67 of 2014 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner is facing case for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) IPC.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to illhealth, he could not appear before the concerned Court on 29.01.2015 and hence, Non Bailable Warrant is issued against him. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear in all future hearings.

4.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that Non bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Mahila Fast Track Court, Sivagangai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court in all future hearings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without fail. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
