Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action as against the respondent No.4 to 9 on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2022. ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the the respondents 1 to 3 to take action as against the respondent No.4 to 9 on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondents on 24.01.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

W.P (MD).No. 2344 of 2022 3.In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, giving opportunity of hearing the petitioner and respondents 4 to 9 and pass orders on merits and inaccordance with law and dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
