This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the fifth respondent herein to consider the representation dated 03.01.2026 on account of 4th respondent's communication in Na.Ka.No. 4920/AA2/2025 dated 24.11.2025.
2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that for cancellation of the forged tenancy release deed bearing Document No.1163 of 1996 dated 02.08.1996, the petitioner had already given a representation to the fifth respondent on 27.09.2025 and thereafter to the fourth respondent on 13.10.2025. Thereafter, the fourth respondent vide communication dated 24.11.2025 had directed the fifth respondent to act in accordance with the provisions of the Section 116-A. Since there was no action on the part of the fifth respondent, the petitioner once again submitted a representation to the fifth respondent on 03.01.2026. Since the said representation is also pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition. 3/6
4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the fifth respondent in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2026, in accordance with the communication of the fourth respondent dated 24.11.2025, within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
