This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent, to register a case against the accused persons, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.11.2014. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint, dated 01.11.2014, petition enquiry was conducted and subsequently, it was closed.
