ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 23.07.2015.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that already a preliminary enquiry has been conducted and there is some substance in the complaint.

4.Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.07.2015 and pass suitable orders following the dictum laid down in the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)], within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
