Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to waive the interest from 31.01.2005 to 31.12.2013 for the Educational Loan of Rs.7,50,000/- availed by the petitioner from the fourth respondent for studying her MBBS Course at PSG Medical College, Coimbatore as per the CSIS Scheme (New Central Scheme for Interest Subsidy) issued by the first respondent and regularized the entire loan amount availed by the petitioner including principal and interest by applying CSIS Scheme within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
