ORDER

This Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to grant adequate police protection for the life and limb and fencing the property in Plot No.12, in Survey. No.494/2, Ponnagram, Natham Road, Dindigul District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation was considered and the same was closed as civil in nature.

3. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication. If the petitioner is aggrieved, she is at liberty to challenge the same or seek appropriate remedy before the civil Court.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 27.11.2025 LS 2/4
