order of the first respondent in Moo.Mu.No.3224/AA3/2019 dated 16.09.2019 and that of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.6390-AA5-2019 dated 26.11.2019 and quash the same insofar as refusing promotion and approval of promotion of the petitioner as P.G.Assistant (English) in the third respondent School from 30.05.2014 in the light of the order dated 08.01.2019 made in W.P.(MD)No.14595 of 2014 on the file of this Court and consequently direct the third respondent herein to give effect to the promotion of the petitioner from 30.05.2014 with all service benefits and approval by the respondents 1 and 2 herein as per the order dated 08.01.2019 made in W.P.(MD)No.14595 of 2014 on the file of this Court. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a Contempt Petition before this Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file a Contempt Petition before this Court, if the Court order is violated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
