RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners /Accused No. 5 and 6 in order dated 26.10.2016 in Crl. O. P. NO. 20326 of 2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent. 2 According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstance of the case, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, monthly once i.e., on first Sunday at 10.30 a.m., and also as and when required until further orders.
