O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 18.12.2024 and the same has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, he prayed to directed the respondents toconduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the complaint dated 18.12.2024.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner is under enquiry and they will complete the enquiry and dispose of the complaint within a period of one month.

4. Considering the limited prayer of the writ petitioner, this Court inclined to direct the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.12.2024 on merits and in accordance Page No. 2 of 4

with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
