Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to issue order of direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner, family members and his property. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner, family members and his property. 2.According to the petitioner, respondents 3 to 6 have illegally trespassed into the petitioner's property and also demolished the building belongs to him, inspite of the decree passed by the Civil Court in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police to restore the possession to him. But, no action has been taken on the complaint given by the petitioner. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the petitioner did not produce any document to substantiate the contention. In the above circumstances, the second respondent police is not in a position to proceed further with the investigation.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police with related documents and the second respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and pass orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
