ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.442 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 342, 364, 346, 451 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003, on the file of the respondent Police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.10.2015. They seek bail. 2.According to the de facto complainant that he is a fruit vendor and he borrowed Rs.3 lakhs from A2 and A3. Whileso, on 08.10.2015, all the accused trespassed into a lodge, where he stayed and attacked him with hands.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the de facto complainant had borrowed money from many persons, but, failed to rapay the loan amount. It is further contended that in order to avoid repayment of the loan amount a false case has been given against the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the accused attacked the de facto complainant with hands and the de facto complainant was discharged from the hospital on 10.10.2015.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
