[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2.Heard Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners and Ms.A.Amala, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. Though the name of the second respondent has been printed in the cause-list, there is no appearance on behalf of him, either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeal "for admission" in the usual course.
