ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.

276/2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the defacto complainant, the accused came in a drunken mood and assaulted the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant is none other than the wife of the Petitioner and due to matrimonial dispute, false complaint has been lodged against the Petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that it is a dispute between the husband and wife and injured has already been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that it is a dispute between husband and wife, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate
